Dr. Tim Bruns is an Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering. His research group, the Peripheral Neural Engineering and Urodynamics Lab (pNEURO Lab), focuses on interfacing with the peripheral nervous system to restore function and examine systems-level neurophysiology. Projects in the lab include developing closed-loop neuroprostheses, examining neural control in normal and dysfunctional states, and designing and testing novel electrodes.

Dr. Yichun Wang is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Chemical Engineering. She received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering in 2016 at the University of Michigan with Professor Nick Kotov. Her research interests involve nanotechnologies in 3D cell cultures, biomimetic nanomaterials, and MD simulation for bio-nano interactions.

Rose K. Cersonsky is a Ph.D. candidate in the Macromolecular Science and Engineering program, conducting research under Professor Sharon C. Glotzer. She completed her B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Connecticut in 2014. Her current research focuses on the self-assembly of colloidal nanoparticles for novel materials using computational statistical mechanics.
