Registration Fees for BIBC 2024 are as follows:

Postdocs / Students – $25 / $75 (Early Bird / Regular)
Academic Faculty / Staff – $200 / $300 (Early Bird / Regular)
Government / Non-Profit – $200 / $300 (Early Bird / Regular)
Industry – $300 / $550 (Early Bird / Regular)

Early Bird Reduced Pricing Window: September 1, 2024 – October 30, 2024. Extended to November 15, 2024.
Regular Registration Pricing Window:  October 31, 2024 – November 22, 2024
Registration deadline: November 22, 2024

Conference registration includes continental breakfasts and lunches throughout the conference.

There will be complimentary receptions on December 6 and December 7, more information to follow.

Abstract Submission

Follow the instructions in the submission form if you would like your abstract to be considered for a short talk.

Poster Presentations

Each poster presenter will be provided with a 6′ W x 4′ H poster board and mounting pins. Printing services will not be available on site

Short Talks

Each session will select 2-3, 15-minute short talks from the abstract submissions. Please follow the instructions in the submission form to indicate if you would like your abstract to be considered for a talk.
